Jordan has been working in software and design for over twenty years. He concieved FerryFriend in 2014 when he realized as a frequent ferry rider that the existing ferry resources were hard to use and lacked vital information.
Brendan joined the FerryFriend team as an intern to lead the rebuild of the FerryFriend native app to support Android devices. He is now working on developing AI models to enhance the app's alert handling.
The FerryFriend team is dedicated to providing the app as a public service, completely free of charge and without any advertising. To ensure the continued functionality of all its features, FerryFriend relies on contributions from the community, with these donations being allocated towards covering the technical expenses associated with server maintenance, Apple's store fees, and the thousands of hours of development time that have gone into this app. If you find FerryFriend useful, and can afford a few dollars a month, please consider joining our Patreon, thereby enabling us to sustain the app well into the future.
